Hoummous (Garabanzo Beans) *

Hummus is one of the most consumed side dishes or appetizers throughout the Middle East. It’s also one of the healthiest and easiest to make. You can start from scratch by soaking the dried Garbanzo beans over night then cook for about an hour, or get them from your local grocery, in a can (15 Oz.), they are already cooked.
