Kefta Kabab * Kafta,
or in some places pronounced Kufta, is the art of cooking
ground meat. This dish contains basic ingredients such as
ground Lamb, or ground Beef, finely chopped Onions, finely
chopped Parsley and Spices. When these ingredients are
mixed, one can prepare this dish in several ways. The
outdoor cooking is to make Hamburger patties out of the
mixture, or form the mixture on a Shish Kabob Skewer and
barbecue like regular hamburger. The second method is the
bake method, and that is the recipe discussed in this
